Dear Sir/madam,
I am practising chartered accountant as an individual capacity. I got an opportunity to work with two reputed firms as a partner but before accepting the appointment i just want to know that are there any restriction in CA Act regarding restriction to act as a partner in two firm and simultaneously continuing individual practise.
