I want to register for ca ipcc nov 2016. should I register for only both groups or along with articles and ATC? and also for how long will the registration be valid?

Registration for IPCC valid for 4 years.
You can register for IPCC only,
after passing you can register for articles seperately when you join articles
ATC also you may apply if you need that
