04 December 2013 hi....this is Suresh. .I have completed my ca-ipcc but I don't have graduation . the problem is I want to write groups in UPSC ....to write exam and get the chance to become a civil sector service provider ...this is my ultimate future ambition.......please guide me with ur valuable reference. .........thank u

10 December 2013 Well,since you have completed ipcc you can go for b.com (A&F) through ignou or bharthiar university .This is a special course for CA students wherein you have to give only 5papers & some assignments to get a b.com degree.
Though its still not clear whether it makes you eligible for IAS exams or not.So,make a thorough inquiry from ICAI & concerned university.
