Dear Expert,
Plse solve my doubt " is producer company chpt is change" . my lot of friend told me that now producer co is as per companies act 2013 instead of 1956 & there is a change in chapter.

The May 2017 Revision Test Paper contains provisions of 1956 Act, check for the source of news received by your friends and also appraise them, there is no mention of amendments applicable for May 2017 examination.

for producer companies still 1956 applicable.... Read section 465 of companies act once (465 is not notified Yet)
