Ca final exam form may 2017

06 February 2017 ICAI has already announced that Certificate of Service need to uploaded along with the may 2017 exam form. My query is that i have already completed my Articleship training and can I get the Certificate of Service signed by any other member of ICAI as my principal CA will not be available in Hyderabad for a month or so.
