I cleared PE-2 in the year 2004. Can i seat in Final exam now ? is there any procedure to follow to seat in Final?

One more query.
I had enrolled myself in final in the year 2004 itself and appeared once in May-05. But since then i discontinued and went for other studies. Now if i wish to seat in final (New syllabus)in 2011 do i have to re-enroll again or i can do instantly.
