I have less than one month left for my final examination and I am worried about its preparation.
I want to know how to prepare law and audit and which are the most important chapters.

Munish Bhadari's handbook in corporate and allied laws and for audit refer surbhi Bansal's book, as you can cover the portions within the available time. Try to study the portions with proper understanding so that you will be able to revise what ever you studied and be able to reproduce the same in the exam hall.
It is totally unpredictable to state what is important or not in professional exams as your knowledge is tested from any corner, so don't indulge in selective studies. Stay calm and be focussed, you can do well in the exam, if you remain positive and confident. All the very best.
