CAN I GIVE CA FINAL IN NOV14 IF I CLEAR IPCC GRP 2 IN MAY 14. AND I WLL COMPLETE 2 YR AND 6 MONTHS ARTICLE IN AUG 14. PLEASE ADVISE

once u pass grp2 then count 2.5 years and the earliest attempt shall be the attempt for which ur eligble for ca final.
