I have clreared my 1st group of ipcc in nov.10 but yet not cleared 2nd group,
if I will clear it in may 13 exam then can I appear for ca final exam In nov.13??

No, you may not eligible to appear in november 2013 exam.Please refer below explanation
Assuming that you have joined articles immediately after passing ipcc group 1
i.e, february 2011
closing will be february 2014
student gets eligibility for final after 2.5 years of articleship i.e, last 6 months of articleship
yes, you will be eligible for Nov 2013 exam
But as per my knowledge student gets eligibility to appear in exam if he register with BOS atleast 9 months before exam..
as your result will come in august there is only 4 months gap between exam
so as per my knowledge you will get eligibility to appear in final exam only in may 2014
icai requires student should register with BOS and get his books and for preparation purpose it is must to give a gap of 9 months
However it is recommended to you to consult nearest regional branch of icai for reliable suggestion and to confirm what i said is correct or not..

Ya If your articleship is starting from 1.2.2011 then you can give exam in nov 13

I've started my a'ship as on 16 feb 2011.
also i've concealed with ICAI ahmedabad but no one was giving proper responce, hence called to Delhi, they replied only abt 2.5 yrs of a'ship which I will be completing before nov 13 but they didn't talked abt this 9 months duration..
kindly suggest and help

in my opinion it may not be possible because student should register with BOARD OF STUDIES atleast 9 months before exam
which will be not possible to you
you may contact nearest regional branch of icai they will guide u better
