28 June 2017 Hello Sirs, I am Diwakar. I have completed B.E and MBA. Worked in IT. I don't like this field. Want to change the field. I am interested in doing CA. I am 25 years old. Heard that new revised international version of CA syllabus is going to come on july 1. I want to know that am i eligible for doing CA at this age? and when will the books for new syllabus come for online purchase? I am from tamilnadu staying in Bangalore. Do i need to know the local language or english is sufficient for doing articleship in bangalore? kindly advice. Thanks

06 September 2017 CA has no age bar. U can start anytime.
also u can buy latest books 2-3 months before exams.
language i dont think will be an issue. it depends on what kind of firm u go for?

17 October 2021 Knowledge of Commercial subjects specifically accounts; would be added advantage. While English being international language, you can handle the training much efficiently.
