Is it possible to take membership no. of CA and CS both.
if Yes, then , is it possible to Do Practice in CA and provide service ( As whole time CS ) in company

Yes dear you can take membership no of both the institute
But you cant take cop no and provide service as an cs

I have COP no. for CA, so for appointing as whole time company secretary its require to take COP of CS ?????????

no it doesnt need that... but according to code of ethics issued by icai u cant act as an cs until u surrender ur cop of icai
