The best combination is with CS.

If you pursue CS along with CA you will not get any exemption from papers of CS. Howerver if you are a qualified CA you will get exemptions from some papers of CFA. other thing is that in CS you have to do 15 months trainng. which can be exempted if you are ca and has 3 years of experience as CA. or if you are appointed as assistant to company secretary the traning can be exempted in one year only.
however a 15 days programme on SMTP is comulsory for CA's who are exempted CS training.CA + CS is a good combination.
