by when can we have the 1st agm if the incorporation date is 09-08-2007

First agm to be held within 18 months of incorporation and the accounts to be presented cannot be more than 15 months period. So first year accounts would be upto 31st March, 2008 though AGM can be kept till 08th February, 2009
