25 July 2023 Dear Sir,
Gst turnover = 1859746
Business Receipt = 2018472
My query is,
I have filed my gstr-1 and 3b according to tcs credit received by amazon which is Rs. 1859746 but in AIS amazon data reflect Rs. 2018472. Why tcs and tds not deducted same amount.
I want to know what figure will be faken in gross receipt in itr4??

25 July 2023 For presumptive assessment in ITR 4, you have to take Rs. 20,18,472 as turnover.

25 July 2023 Thanks Sir, gross receipt in itr 4= 2018472 as according you but by entering gstin information 1859746 as gst turnover. Mismatch problem how will it solve...

25 July 2023 The mismatch is due to TDS deduction and GST. While you are declaring it on higher side based on AIS reported by Amazone, for ITR on presumptive basis which includes GST. So, there should not be problem.

25 July 2023 Sir amazon ne tcs 1859746 is amount par deduct kiya hai to tds bhi isi par deduct karna chahiye tha but tds is amount par 2018472 hi kyu deduct kiya. What is the reason..??
