An employee X has taken a loan on house and paid interest and principal Rs.3.50 Lacs during the year.
He has let out the house and received rental income of Rs.1.80 during the year.
He has take another house within the city at a very high rent of Rs.20-25,000/- per month and claims HRA benefit.
He claims both HRA and also -ve income on the house property.
What is the exemption we can allow?

Whether Service TAx is applicable on Cold Storage Rent on storing the vegitables i.e. patatos etc.
Whether sale bill to be raised immediately in the case of sale in transit against C form and E1 form declaration.
Whether raising sale bill is a pre condition to treat the sale as E1 sale.

M/s A&co, a manufacturer of PET bottles in plastic without caps wants to trade caps along with pet bottles .for which it purchased plastic caps from another supplier.
Is M/s A&co. is liable to pay exercise duty on caps & Bottles while selling the caps with pet bottles through a single invoice or differant invoices?

also tell me suppose husband and wife take home loan 50%-50% on their own name and pay interest on loan rs.250000/- and limit for claiming repayment of inetest on loan 150000/-then in this case both husband and wife can take 125000-125000 claim for this repayment or out of 250000/-, 150000/-will be taken as 75000-75000 each??
