About pcc pass joining final IPCC.

If a student passes PCE Exam of Nov 2008, then can he join final new course of IPCC & give his final Exam before 6 months of his complition of articleship training.

Conditional Formating in Excel Sheet

I want one conditional formating solution.
For Example let the range of sheet is a1 to z100,in this coloum V is coloum about let it be gender . I want that if the cell in this coloum male ( let it be V6) then that ALL THE ROW (i.e. a6 to z6), in which that that cell containing male comes become red coloured.
