if a husband transfer a property 2 his wife as a gift then u/s 64 dis property will clubbed in the income of transferor.bt if wife sell dis property and frm consideration price she invest in shares dn dividend received will be cluubed in the name of husband and if wife makes investment of dividend income and return frm dividend investment income will be assesable in the hands of wife.is it right or not pls help me

please tell me the best book for costing(final).Actually I am using Padhuka for it,but I really doubt whether I would be able to revise the day before exam the entire book.Whether Saxena Vashist can help me out?
I have already finished 1/2 Marginal from Padhuka & Transportation also....
Another thing is that many people say that OR is easy...but now considering example of reverse assignment & cpm/pert problems, even OR has become uncertain...

In this scenario can you tell me whether the costing theory & OR would be savior to score 50?

Tell me the right approach considering the uncertain nature of paper?

Frankly speaking these days due to this behavior of the paper I find ISCA easier than Costing...

I have just appeared for IPCC
I am confused between which to opt: Big FOUR or a MID SIZE firm
I am a student of JK shah Classes , Mumbai.. And they have started an AOPP program ( i.e ARTICLESHIP ORIENTATION AND PLACEMENT PROGRAM) ..where for campus interview both big four and mid size will come.. so getting in any of it is not a problem
I am just confused which to opt.. Because
Mid size : Knowledge of all dept but not so career worthy
Big FOUR : Career worthy but knowledge in any one dept
Suggest pros and cons of each and please tell me which to opt

ST1 was taken in 2010 before starting the business however due to some personal reasons the business for which it was taken could not start. As a result, returns were not filed either
Now i want to surrender the certificate. Should i attach a letter mentioning the fact that the said business was not started as a reason for non filing of return?
Or should i file nil return for all the periods and thn surrender?
Will i be liable for penalty for late filing, any way to waive the penalty?
