Sir, i am in regular b.com 3rd year college and i have cleared both groups of CA-IPC.My college classes were over on 10/03/2016 and i have exams from 5/04/2016.I want to register for articleship before 30/04/2016 so that my attempt comes in november 2018. My college is ready to give me an NOC regarding the end of classes in college. Can i legally start my articleship now?

i had received the letter from icai which states as follows.
"this is with reference to papers submitted by you for the completion of articles of Mr. balasaheb wro .
we have since noted in our records that mr.balasaheb wro (No.) has completed the articles period on 25-01-2016 "
so i have completed my articleship ? is there any special type letter issue the icai in this regard?
pls ans immediately i am in trouble.

Need Your urgent suggestion on following issue:

What would be course of action where Consultant filed E- return with huge Tax Payable without consulting the Assessee. Now assesses is Refuse to Pay the same.

In this regard, pls note, that
1. Original return was filed after due date with Nil Tax Payable.
2. Revised return filed with huge tax payable.
3. ITR V Receipt confirmation Received in both cases.

Now, assessee is not agreed for both return - Original(being showing wrong Income Position) and Revised(for showing inflated Income)

Can he invalidate both return ?
can he file another return with actual income & tax ?
should he file FIR for Fraud against such Person?

Now, assessee in urge to file Correct Return, what would be course of action for him?

so i didnt receive completion certificate letter from icai YET

namaste.. I am doing second year b.com.. I have planned of going for direct entry... still 1 year is remained to complete my degree.. as there will not be sufficient time for reading during articleship.. should I prepare for ipcc from now itself.? my question is 1) is self study enough for the time being? 2)is there any possibilities of implementation of new syllabus? 3) if so.. what would be the new scheme? 4) without preparing for ipcc from now itself. .is it enough to concentrate on my degree studies?
