I want to take transfer from my current CA firm. It is within 1 year of articleship.
I would like to know what is the tine limit, if any, to get myself registered with the new CA firm to keep the continuity of my articleship.

Hi. I am studying for CA Foundation. I needed a loan for my coaching as i am coming from a family having low financial background. I applied to several banks, and all of them asked for an affiliation certificate for the coaching centre from ICAI. But it is not, now i am rejected for getting a loan. Is there any way for me to get a loan.

sir i have taken 6 month leave for ca final and i had appeared for 1st group and i also clear that matter with my principle orally at time taking study leave and now after i came to office they ask me about giving 1 group for 6 month leave. it is likely they give me extension. whether it is advisable to fill form 119 and what steps that ca can take after filling form 119 ????

Is it true that the CA Articles are not allowed to be engaged in stock business or stock trading simultaneously with the CA Articleship?

i have registered CPT course in 2004. later i have been converted to IPCC in 2010. i have been renewing my course timely. now i observed that my current course showing in my login details as CONINT. so far i could not pass any group under any scheme. now it is asking again to convert to intermediate (direct). what shall i do, if i want to give exam in nov 2023. so far i did not join for articles too. because in IPCC, articles are not required until Intermediate completion. if i join in new course, what will happen..

My due date of Articleship registration is on or before 30 th April,2023

I want to fill again fresh Articleship registration form on 10 may,2023( i.e after 30th April) because old form filled on 4th April,2023(i e before 30 th April) was wrongly filled due to which not getting ro approval .
Now last option is to request cancellation of old form and fill new Articleship registration form

Would my ca final attempt get delayed or there are extra 30 days available (with penalty) after 30 th April to refill fresh Articleship form?

I am CA students, as per Articleship I completed my 2 years and 7 Months, 20 days without taking any examination leave. as per ICAI 156 days leaves allowed i.e 6 months, I want to join pvt ltd company. Can i join pvt ltd company, with my examination leaves. or can I terminate my articeship please guide me. It's Articleship is completed or not. what i do.

please help me out. i want termination in the 3rd year of articleship due to financial problem . i have no fund to live so i want to go back to my home to raise fund. I don't know how long it will take to raise funds. so tell me what should i do and what reason do i give for termination?????(i am direct entry student)

Can a Chartered Accountant in Practice who had cleared CMA Inter in 2017 and CMA Final in 2022 can claim exemption from Practical Training under CMA.? If yes please tell the procedure to be followed for claiming exemption and obtaining CMA membership
