An assessee has professional income of Rs. 1.50 Lac P.A. She also does tuitions and earns an income of Rs. 1.00 Lacs from it, thereby earning Rs. 2.50 Lacs P.A.
I want to know whether she is required to maintained the books with respect to Income Tax Act

If she wants all the benefits from IT for present & future. she better to maintain books of Accounts.
