bonus shares issued from revaluation reserve

I'm doing PCC. In a company, bonus shares are issued from revaluation reserve.Can u please tel me the notes to attach in the balance sheet and if u give an explanantion with a case law, it will be great helpful for me in my further proceedings and under which section it is prescribed. hoping u will do for my need.

There is no mention in the Companies Act regarding issue of Bonus Shares.
But as per SEBI Guidelines, it is indirectly specified that Bonus Shares can be issued, but will not be counted for the purpose of computing the number of shares to be held at the time of further issue to the Publc.
