26 November 2013 If directors daughter appointed in a company and she is earning salary for every month whether she is entitled for bonus gratuity ??whether she can be treated as a employees for the purpose of bonus and gratuity??

26 November 2013 Answer of Entitlement issue for Bonus Act and Gratuity Act is Yes subject to compliance under those act. For Example in Payment of Bonus Act Employee having salary up to 6500 per month are entitled and so on.
