What is the procedure to add one more person
as authorised signatory for all banking operations and also send me the format of board resolution. It is a public limited comppany.

You have to simply add the name of person in the resolution for Bank Account modification whom you want to add in the Signatory List. Please find the draft resolution
EXTRACT OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED IN THE MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY HELD ON 3RD DECEMBER, 2008 AT THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY
"RESOLVED THAT in modification of the Resolutions passed in earlier Meeting of Board of Directors for operation of banking account (Current A/c No. 23305153465 of the Company with Dena Bank, Ahmedabad, the said bank be authorised to honour all cheques, bills of exchange, promissory notes or other orders for payment drawn, accepted or made or signed by any one of the Directors of the Company (1) Shri Mihir Mehta or (2) Shri Shyam Patel or (3) Shri Sanjay Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and to act upon any instructions so given relating to the account whether the same be overdrawn or not or relating to any transaction of the Company.”
