Dear sir whether belated return can file after due date for ay 17- 18; whether nil return can file on April 18 for ay 17-18.

ITR for AY 2017-18 could be filed only upto 31-03-2018. Person who were required to file the ITR and failed to file upto last dated, may face notices from income tax departments.
