Availing full time cop

06 November 2012 I was working with a CA firm and now I have resigned to carry out a full time practice.
I had applied for COP with icai and the institute provide me a letter stating that i can practice and also carry out employment. This means that institute has provided me a PART TIME COP.

How to avail a FULL TIME COP in this matter.

Please guide me with the formalities to be carried out.

06 November 2012 you just fill form no.6 and under which you need to mentioned in current employment as not aplicable.further, write letter them that you need full time COP. alternatively, contact regional branch head.

However, I have already contacted them and forwarded emails to the concerned person giving details of my previous employments and resignations till date.

still i have received such COP letter.

What is the way forward...

06 November 2012 AS per my opinion, you can start practice as you have already got the COP. however it will take little bit more time to rectify such mistake.

it must be mistake on part of institute.

so, just wait for some time.

06 November 2012 Actually, unless i get full time cop, i cannot sign any document as a ca.

therefore i need to resolve this thing urgently.

Is there anybody on this forum who has faced such a situation, please guide....
