Availbility of set off

If one got failed in pcc with having exemption in one subject,so can he avail the benifit set off for second grp if he scored more than 150 includig exemption in first group ?

If your case is he failed both the groups in the last attempt and got exemption in one and giving both groups again then he needs 300 marks to pass PCC i. e. set off still available between groups.
