If the existing auditor completes one year term during the coming AGM,for how much period at a time it could be proposed for re-appointment?He was for the first time appointed in the last AGM?My view is that it would be eligible for reappointment for another 4 years i.e upto 2017-18?

You can propose for six AGM's. Appointment includes Re-appointment for purpose of Section 139(1) of Companies Act, 2013

But he will already complete one year service in the coming AGM. So should it not be for the remaining 4 years as per the requirement of CA,2013?
