15 May 2014 If the existing auditor completes one year term during the coming AGM,for how much period at a time it could be proposed for re-appointment?He was for the first time appointed in the last AGM?My view is that it would be eligible for reappointment for another 4 years i.e upto 2017-18?

18 May 2014 You can propose for six AGM's. Appointment includes Re-appointment for purpose of Section 139(1) of Companies Act, 2013

19 May 2014 But he will already complete one year service in the coming AGM. So should it not be for the remaining 4 years as per the requirement of CA,2013?
