If Yes, then Is there a separate format for that or as usual with CARO?

21 July 2011 AUdit is required in case contribution exceeds Rs. 25 lakhs or turnover exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs.

There is no audit report format as such but you can use the companies audit report in case caro not applicable with suitable changes.
