If it is out of academic interest go out and get hold of any standard book on auditing and read it.If u r articled your principal is the best guide.

although iam an articled clerk, i have not across such clients in our office. so i thought in a forum such as caclubindia i may find an answer and enrich my knowledge. please helpme out to enrich my knowledge.
