What is the provision in Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 to do the audit of Financial Year 2012-13 on Current Date i.e. in 2014.

upto fy 13-14 only co act will be aplicable as for co act 2013 is aplicable from fy 14-15 i.e from 1.4.2014.
