How to do the audit of various bodies as every body has a diiferent and independent nature of business ? Is there any guidance book or manual available so that after completion of C.A , a newly qualified C.A if enters into practice can do so and advice its client very professionaly ?

A very pertinent question but with no easy answer for it. But, audit is how to manage the art of expressing our opinion and arriving at conclusions. You can not have a tailor made solutions, but past experiences would definitely give you inputs in terms of arriving at appropriate conclusions, which is well accepted.
The Guidance Notes issued by ICAI, various Accounting Standards and Standards on Audit are some of the resources which you can take help from in your day to day conduct of audit. You learn by experience over a period of time and not by just wondering how to go about. We must plunge into the pool and do a deep dive to understand the nitty gritties and nuances of Auditing framework.
