SIGNIFICANT RISKS AND REWARDS OF OWNERSHIP HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE BUYER WHERE THE SELLER RETAINS NO EFFECTIVE CONTROL OVER GOODS TO A DEGREE USUALLY ASSOCIATED WITH OWNERSHIP
