Articleship transfer after 1year

21 June 2013 I have completed my 14months articleship & nw i want to trasfer from my firm since my home & my office being far aprat it takes a lot of time for me to travel to and fro, around 3-4hrs a day.
can institute grant me trasfer on such basis???

21 June 2013 May be possible..

1) you write a letter to icai stating the reason..if icai permits then send form 109

2)The request of an articled assistant on a plain paper with recommendations of the Principal for transfer / termination of articleship accompanied by evidence/proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) to the satisfaction of the Institute be made.
