18 August 2011 is it possible to change my firm of articleship after 1 year if im getting an opportunity to work in a bigger firm after the switch?

18 August 2011 Generally its difficult to get transfer permission after 1 yaer. as per the New Rules of ICAI The Student Should First Ask For A Permission from ICAI. If u have a Valid reason of Taking Transfer than only they will give u permission.Getting New Big Firm is not a Valid Reason of transfer.

19 August 2011 If your parents or you are changing the place of residence then it is permitted otherwise not.

19 August 2011 In First Year of Articleship Its Not Difficult to Get Permission of Transfer.. After All We Chartered Accountant Students are "Future Chartered Accountants" We Can " Generate " Such " VALID" Reasons.
