21 November 2016 Sir,
I have my attempt of ca final due in MAY 2017 and now in December 2016 I want to take transfer (other than industrial training transfer) to my home town. Is it legal and possible? Please suggest me the reasons based on which I can take transfer.

21 November 2016 If your reasons are within the guidelines prescribed by ICAI you can contemplate moving out. Take your principal also into confidence, so that you have a smooth exit.
