Articleship termination and delay in 109 gorm

I have terminated my articleship on 27 January and filled the form and submitted to icai on 25 February. signature date is 25 February on 109 form. and the termination is within first year.Will ICAI approve such termination.

In my opinion icai may accept if it not exceeds 1year by the last date of articles served under previous employer
