02 November 2016 Dear Sir/Madam, I joined a CA firm 1 Month Ago and now i've applied for Termination of articleship, But My CA refused to sign the form 109 even after my father also asked him to do so...and he is also saying that Give me In writing that You Want to discontinue CA course..only then he'll submit my form 109 to ICAI. This is going very frustating now, Do i have any option to cancel My Articleship training from here and Start a fresh new articleship?? plzz help

03 November 2016 Flip the coin and ask yourself how your principal must be feeling for you letting him down, by seeking transfer within one month of Articleship, until and unless the reasons are highly compelling.
