You can wait for one month as it will take time
however you can enquire the status of ur articleship by making a call to icai or you may post your query in e-sahayata

as per my best of knowledge 040-39893989 is the chennai icai number
you can find it in registration form in address details
don't be hurry it will take time to complete process of registration around 2 months
