09 August 2010 Hi I have taken 142 days leave in first 2 years and i have not taken single leave in the last year of articles do i have to serve additional atiles period pls help me out!

09 August 2010 U seem to be PE - II student so no. of leaves allowed was 137 days and hence 5 days extension needs to be served as excess leave.

U could also request ur principal to consider excess leave of 5 days and convince him that u r willing to work for 5 days more unofficially to not to undergo the process of entering into supplementary articles.

09 August 2010 I have taken Transfer from that Principal already and i Hav submitted termination form to Institute already

09 August 2010 Then 5 days supplementary deed needs to be entered if the form 108 was submitted with 142 days leave.

Also how could u give ur final exams without leave as it usually comes in the last year? Take care of that also.
