Articleship extention

my articleship was completed on 26th feb 2016 i have not submitted the form 108 till date and i have extention of articleahip too around 6 months.
noy query is as m already late in submiting form 108 beyond 30 days of completeion
and form 107 of extention beyond 60 days of completion
no please suggest me what have to do in case i continue with present CA
and if i opt for another CA please reply?

Since u got an extension of 6 months,ur articleship completion date will be after 6 months & u r required to submit form 108 after 6 months not now..

but sir form 108 is required to b submitted within 30 days of completion of articleship and i want to opt other CA for that
