i served as a article where 33 leaves were allowed as per 1/6 norms . but 38 leaves are taken. i recd a letter of excess leave of 5 days these excess leave are adjustable from total leaves allowed or 5 days need to be served after 3 yr completion???

any excess leaves as determined by icai in its letter to any article need to be served seperately.

there are 156 leaves allowed as per 1/6 norms generally .if total period leave are less than 156 then too?? i.e for remaining period 156-38 . can this serve the purpose
