articleship excess leave

13 December 2010 my articleship training will be ending on 15th april 2011, but my previous employer gave me 81 days leave at the time of transfer, so institute calculated 65 days excess leave and it is noted in the transfer ack. letter received from institute. I want to know whether my articleship training period will be completed on 15th april 2011 or 220th june 2011. Please help me so that i can decide something about my job planning....

13 December 2010 it will depend upon the leaves taken under the new principal. You have 180 days of leave during the entire period of articleship. See that the total leave does not exceed that no. of days. If not then ur articleship will end on 15.04.2011.

22 December 2010 thank you for your reply.my principle is not paying me for any exam leaves also, and as per rule he is not permitted to count my unpaid leaves while completing my article training. considering this my leaves are not in excess of 180Days. so plz tell me wht to do?
