Sir,
my articleship commenced on 20/3/07 and i served under my 1st employer till 21/11/07 wherein i took a leave of 73 days ( including 15 days of itt training ). so now how much leave can i take in the balance period under my 2nd employer. my service period under my current employer is 22/11/07-20/09/10 ?

PCC students allowed 180 days leave max and. So u can take 107 days of leave.
Also if your articleship is extended by 40 days it will not affect your attempt and hence further 40 days of leave can be taken including extension of articleship.

but Aditya, as per icai Training Guide ITT days not count as leave.
Because

Yes it is not counted but as per data available from the author he has mentioned 73 days leave while taking transfer including 15 days ITT which should not have been mentioned at that and so that is not considered. If 58 days mentioned as leave before then answer above will be modified suitably.
