I have taken transfer, but the problem is that i have taken excess leave of 283 days in articleship with my previous employer and my articleship with my new CA is expiring on 13.10.10 without considering my excess leave, ICAI is suggesting to make new agreement after expiry date of 13th Oct., & i dont want to extend my articleship with my current CA, So will any 1 suggest me a solution on this ???

If already leave of 283 days has been mentioned in form 109 while signing transfer form nothing can be done now and extention of articleship will happen.
