I have completed 7 months of articleship .I need to take transfer but my principal not giveing transfer for me , for the last one month I am Waiting for his consent but still he not suppose to give transfer.
Please guide me ..

During first year of articleship ,you can take termination without much restriction..
But you must complete the work if any given by your CA

Thanks for your reply, i completed all the work assign to me before give termination request.he told me that he will not give termination,only one option he can provide is to discontinue the profession or else continue that firm
