17 March 2015 If any article takes transfer in the 1st or 2nd year of articleship then within how much time he/she is required to join another CA firm? Is any limit prescribed by the ICAI?

17 March 2015 You can re register for the balance period of article ship with another principal.

30 days is the time limit for intimation to ICAI with respect to the commencement of fresh articleship.

18 March 2015 for rejoining any firm there is no statutory time limit mentioned anywhere , but if u delay in joining the new firm then your ca final attempt may get delayed later.
