04 February 2014 is it better to do specialisation or to become Jack of all..?? please help experts..

05 February 2014 In the first year it would be better to be a jack of all.
In the second year ,decide your core area & focus more there & less on all other areas.
In the last year,take as much initiatives as you can ,lead the team & get maximum exposure in your core area as a team head.
CA firms/corporates will hire you based on your core area of interest & exposure & no of assignments you handled at middle level & as a team leader in your audit team.
