21 June 2013 Hi Sir/Madam,

I have finished my 8 months articles traning in a CA firm under a FCA. Can i stop the training now and join after 8 months as my family is under huge financial crisis.

Plese adivce me on this.

21 June 2013 Yes, you can do like that.

Now submit form 109 for termination of articleship. And later when you want to continue your articleship then re-register for your articleship for the balance period with any member of ICAI by submitting form 103 & 102.

But... can i take exams mean while...
I am from direct entry scheme and i have already taken attempt for Ipcc recent exams...

21 June 2013 Once you get the eligibility to take exams then you shall continue for your exams in that mean while.

You are saying you already taken attempt for IPCC i.e means you got the eligibility for exams so you can appear for IPCC in that mean while.
