In a private company Auditor was appointed in causal vacancy for F.Y. 14-15 than what is process for appointment of auditor in coming AGM? for how many years it appointment ? If ADT - 1 was not file for causal vacancy than what to do.

Auditor in casual vacancy hold office upto the conclusion of ensuing AGM. ADT-1 is filed for appointment of Auditor in casual vacancy. However, if you have not filed earlier, you file the same with additional fees. The auditor in AGM is appointed for five years.
