11 February 2015 One of my client pvt company have two directors,now one of the director going to resign,and another person has to be appointed.what is the procedure for appointment and resignation of director?.In the AOA there is a provision only for appointment of additional director.whether new director to be appointed as additional director or director.if appointed as additional director his designation can be changed in next AGM?
